We are excited to welcome current and future members to our site. It has always been a goal of the Board of Directors to have a way in which we can share news & information about the club online. This is just the beginning step with this effort. As we continue to develop and grow our online presence and improve site features such as the club blog, and social media connections; we welcome your feedback.

We encourage you to visit regularly. Information that is posted on the club grounds and often sent to our members via text, email or posted on the new bulletin’s web page (coming soon), will also be posted here. Questions asked by members, swimming & dive team information, and other pertinent club happenings will be available here. We hope that this will become the go-to place for all members when seeking out the latest happenings at our club.

Who We Are

Built by the dedication of a few original families in 1957 and sustained by many families since, Hillside Swimming Club, Inc. (HSC) has been enjoyed by Staten Island families for decades! HSC continues to provide its members with acres of land to enjoy, including swimming pools, tennis courts, playground areas for the children, and picnic and patio areas for socializing among family and friends. Food concession open in the summer and barbecuing areas for members to use are available as well. The club sponsors a Swim & Dive team that competes in the Staten Island Interclub league, made up of other local swim clubs, and regularly provides entertainment during the weekend such as family camp outs, scavenger hunts, and band entertainment for all members to enjoy.

Private Membership

Hillside is a private swim club and membership is open to family & friends of existing members only. New member applications must be sponsored by three existing members. Each of these three members must be a member for a minimum of (2) years to sponsor a new member. Click to download a new membership application here.
