Hillside Swim Club has a lovely party room for rent. Over the years, we have hosted many community, business, and private events. The clubhouse rental includes bartender and wait staff to support your event. Ample parking is available on our grounds and the room is handicap accessible.

FAQ's for the room

  • The Hillside clubhouse consists of 3 rooms: the fireplace foyer, the bar & the main room
  • All rentals are a 4-hour period, either 12p-4p OR 6p-10p. Morning events may also be accommodated upon request
  • Clubhouse rental does NOT include the outside grounds, though that can be rented for an additional fee
  • The clubhouse is not rented in July or August as to not interfere with full time seasonal operation of the club
  • The Hillside clubhouse can be rented by non-members if sponsored by a current member in good standing
  • A date is not guaranteed until an HSC Board member confirms the date and informs you a contract will be sent
  • The max occupancy of the main room is 86
  • Rentals include tables & chairs and 4 high tops. Additional high tops can be rented for $15 per table
  • The rental fee for the clubhouse is $600 (fireplace foyer, bar & main room) which includes a bartender and bus person for the 4-hour event. Current members receive a $100 discount
  • The rental fee for an outdoor event (when the pool is closed off season) under the awning is $500
  • A $500 non-refundable security deposit is required upon receipt of the contract
  • Added staff (waitresses, etc.) can be provided at an additional cost of $75 per person
  • You do NOT have to pay any guest fees for those attending the party, but they cannot use the pool (when open) unless they are members
  • You can decorate 1 hour in advance of your event when staff arrives. They will be setting up for service & will not be able to assist you
  • Events must be cleaned up of decorations & the clubhouse must be clear within 30 minutes of the contracted party time
  • Overtime is charged at $125 per hour plus an added 20% of the bar bill and must be agreed upon with the staff
  • You can choose to cater with whoever you like, including Donna (Call it a Wrap) who runs our snack stand. That will be a separate bill
  • You can rent linens of almost any color for $15 per linen (round or rectangle)
  • We can run a slideshow or video on the 4 TV’s if you provide it on a thumb drive. We can build the show for you for a nominal fee
  • We offer a variety of bar packages ranging from $16pp (domestic draught beer, wine & soda) to $45pp (full open bar)
  • As a NYS liquor license holder, we cannot allow you to bring your own alcohol. Alcohol must be provided & served by Hillside staff
  • You can provide entertainment (DJ/Band/Magician, etc.) or a playlist of music (Bluetooth). The Bluetooth device must be left on the bar
  • The room is air-conditioned and heated
  • A 22% staff gratuity will be added to your bill
  • You can view available dates using our online calendar – COMING SOON
  • You must fill out the inquiry form completely, failure to do so will result in delays & the possibility of losing the date you desire
