Thanks to all who attended the annual members meeting on Sunday. Key notes will be shared via our next home mailing, but one focal point was increased communication from the Board. With almost 500 families, email remains the only viable and efficient form of communication and all those emails are also shared here on the website.
In addition, we use text alerts, video signage, social media, home mailings, flyers at the gate and traditional signage around the club to share information. We’ll now add a new series of communications within these emails called Did You Know. The goal is to inform and remind members about club plans, operations, processes, procedures, and rules. We hope you agree that we’re covering a lot of bases but need your participation by viewing and reading them to stay informed. WE ALL OWN HILLSIDE TOGETHER and need to communicate and collaborate for Hillside to remain an amazing community!

Do you have a student 15 or older who needs service hours? Hillside may be able to help. Please contact us at hillsideclubhouseinfo@gmail.com with your child’s name, age and school so we can add them to our list. Please include your name & cell phone as well.
Website Calendar
With Spring’s arrival, the club is brimming with activity. Please check the Calendar on our website to be sure the property isn’t closed for a private event before heading to the club. Rentals & events continue to be a strong source of income for Hillside and sometimes require the full property (school field days, large BBQ’s, etc.)
